This Privacy Policy explains how WERMR ("we", "our", "the App"), developed and operated by JS Neurosciences LLP (ITiVAT), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the WERMR mobile and web application ("Service"). WERMR is a business workforce-management tool used by companies to manage employees, attendance, daily call reports (DCR), visits, and appointments.

WERMR is intended for use by authorized company employees (Admins, Managers, and Medical Representatives) as part of their employment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use WERMR:

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide core app functionality — attendance tracking, DCR/visit logging, appointments, and reporting
To authenticate users and enforce role-based access (Admin, Manager, MR)
To generate reports and dashboards for your employer/organization
To maintain and improve app performance, security, and reliability
To communicate important service updates or support responses

3. Who Can See Your Data

Data you enter into WERMR is visible to your organization's authorized Admins and Managers as part of normal workforce management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

WERMR data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). We apply role-based access controls so that users only see data relevant to their role and organization.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by your employer's records policy. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email address below, subject to your organization's data retention obligations.

6. Location Data

If your organization enables location tracking for visits/DCR, WERMR collects GPS location only while performing that specific work-related action. Location data is used solely for verifying visit records and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you
You may request correction of inaccurate data
You may request deletion of your data, subject to your organization's records requirements

8. Third-Party Services

WERMR uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, and hosting services. Firebase's own privacy practices apply to data processed on their infrastructure. We do not use third-party advertising networks.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
